Transparency International Spain and the autonomous region of the Generalitat Valenciana agreed to implement an Integrity Pact to oversee the needs assessment and preparation of the tender materials for a public works contract for the construction of a school in the town of Aldaia. TI-Spain served as the IP Monitor, overseeing an external monitoring group of three experts on public procurement and public works.
